Services Offered:

The Company offers a range of digital services, including cyber security, SEO, digital marketing, web and app development, graphic design, and video editing, all tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.

Engagement:

Clients must provide complete and accurate information for successful service delivery.

Payment structure and milestones for monthly projects:

You are required to make payments in three installments: one at the start of the project, one during the project, and one before the completed project is delivered. As part of the progress reports for your project, you will receive three separate invoices. Payment is required within 2 days of the invoice date. Payment terms will be detailed in the service agreements, and failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.

Confidentiality:

The Client and the Company agree to keep each other’s proprietary information confidential.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property developed or provided by the Company as part of the services shall remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Data Security:

The Company will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of client data. However, clients acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and the Company is not liable for any breaches.

Client Responsibilities:

The client must provide access, approvals, and cooperation for timely service delivery.

Project Timeline:

Project timelines will be established in writing and may be modified by mutual agreement.

Cessation:

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition.

Limitation of Liability:

The liability of the Company is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

Indemnification:

The client agrees to compensate and protect the Company against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of the services.

Modification of Terms:

Both parties must agree in writing to any modifications.

Entire Agreement:

This document is the complete and final agreement between the parties and replaces any previous agreements or understandings.
